I'm a California native from San Diego and moved to Tucson, Arizona in 1992 where my best life really started. I have two grown children and three, not-so-grown, cats who I'm shamelessly in love with. I have a passion for the warm outdoors: hiking, running, and rock climbing, just to name a few. When I'm not outside, I love to read, relax and spend time with friends and family. Most of all, I'm passionate about helping people live a life of internal flourishing which can feel impossible when trauma is involved. I find my greatest joy in being a fellow traveler and guide as people navigate their healing in a broken and complex world.
